I am "Inspector AJ®"!
I started my home inspection journey in early 2018 after getting tired of the 9-5 hustle and bustle of office work staring at computer screens, looking at blueprints, tinkering, and seeing the back end work. With a background in engineering, heavy equipment operations with the US Army both inside the US and in Europe, inspecting and construction is in my blood. I love to entertain those that follow me on social media with sarcasm and humor, so you may end up seeing your house online sometime! My videos have surpassed over 500 million views, which honestly still amazes me.
In my spare time I love flying, shooting, tinkering/building, working on my own home, and spending time with my wife and 2 rambunctious kiddos.
Chad Buckles, CPI
When it comes to thorough inspections, Chad makes it happen. He is a Certified Professional Inspector, State of Tennessee
certified ICC inspector, and overall powerhouse when it comes to home inspections. Chad has experience in both residential and commercial properties with a wealth of knowledge in code, procedure, and overall in-depth construction practices.
In his spare time, Chad likes playing guitar, lounging around with his dogs, getting teased by his wife, and hanging out with his brother-in-law.
Ben Dement, CPI
When it comes to friendliness, there is no other better suited than Ben. Being with Quality Home Inspections since 2019, Ben has meticulously inspected over 2,300 homes, various commercial properties, and has founded friendships and client relationships that will far exceed the ownership of the home. Known for his attention to detail, Ben is highly requested and sought after to do inspections - especially for first time homebuyers.
In his spare time, Ben loves fishing, hiking, working on his home, spending time with his Church, and enjoying a nice cup of coffee on his front porch.
